Healthcare can be challenging but this launch was truly a joy to work on. The CHI network consisted of 104 hospitals across 18 states. We developed a brand voice and content strategy that united their health systems. We also managed to avoid showing smiling nurses and doctors. Win!

Our team collaborated with CHI to create customizable content pieces for their various hospital marketing teams—videos, quizzes, and infographics—including a relatable pain scale, a snot-wheel, emergency care pre-rolls, in-hospital blood optimization posters, and an initiative to encourage healthier eating by purging junk food.
