Healthcare can be challenging but this launch was truly a joy to work on. The CHI network consisted of 104 hospitals operating in 18 states. We developed a brand voice and content strategy that united their health systems. We also managed to avoid showing smiling nurses and doctors. Win!

Our team worked with CHI to create a content pieces that could easily be customized by their different hospital marketing teams — videos, quizzes, and infographics, including a relatable pain scale, a snot-wheel, emergency care pre-roll, in-hospital blood optimization posters and an initiative to eat healthier by purging junk food.
